RA Jehan was Windamere’s foundation
straight Egyptian broodmare. She was all a truly great
broodmare should be, elegant, exotic and correct with
lovely, sprightly, animated movement that disdained the
earth that could not quite hold her. She was taken from
us much too soon by a sudden illness.
Jehan left two fillies, one in Texas,
one in Australia and a stallion who carries on her blood
in our breeding program. See them on our
